who has the strongest batting line up among all the ICC world cup 2011 participants…off course India. Many say they will win this one. will they?? yesterday they posted a massive 338 and…the British side made to look it an easy target. They got there even after a huge collapse.
India is a might no doubt but their weak bowling attack will cause them problems. Harbhajan and Zaheer are their only hope.
MS dhoni surprised many that day by not making many decisions that might have made the match for India. His field placings were not up to the mark,he never reviewed any decision and they did not appeal on more than one occasions when I thought they had a fair chance.
One more thing to notice was Indian fielding. Lot of misfields and the cathes were dropped.
Saying simply,they have developed an obsession with Batting and neglecting the other features like bowling fielding, planning, etc. making it hard for themselves. If they want to win the cup they will have to solve their batting obsession
